State is the discussion platform that empowers people to drive change. We turn informed, nuanced and depolarised discussions into collective intelligence that strengthens democracy - from your local neighbourhood to national issues.

Democracy needs active participation from the people – we build tools that help people to actually shape the collective discourse, and directly engage their representatives.

We're a group of technologists, product builders and political aficionados working to empower both citizens and those elected to represent them.

Our HQ is in London. We are backed by Z Group.

If you're a citizen, a passionate builder or community organiser ready to shape policy at light speed, or a public representative willing to lead transparently— please leave your email and we'll get you onboarded asap.
