Legally require drivers who hit a cat to take them to a vet
I would like to make it illegal to hit and leave a cat to die. When cats are sadly hit by cars, it can cause seriously bad mental health for the owners. Often they do not get to say goodbye. Cats are important to their owners. Make it illegal to leave them to die.
