Dog fouling in Dunstable
: Tried reporting to 03444 828 320 as directed on website, but woman on phone was unhelpful and said dog needed to be contained in a garden before anyone would come to help. I'm not a dog owner, so don't even have a lead and the dog is skittish/anxious and won't come close to me. I don't even have a garden to take it to, even if I could restrain it. Explained all this on the phone to the lady, but was told (in a rather condescending tone) that I just needed to contain the dog first before anyone
