: A caged lorry is constantly parked in Cranmore Avenue TW7 4QW. It is piled high - totally full - of scrap metal items. When it is started up it leaks fumes and a liquid onto the street. The owner of the vehicle keeps it on the drive of the rented house but it overhangs the drive, and then moves it into the street after 5.30pm. it is then moved back onto the drive the next morning to avoid parking chsrges. It blocks the light of the adjoined house. It is a total eyesore and a health and safety
