Uneven footway issues in Richmond
The house on the corner of Southland Way and Central Avenue drives their cars over the pedestrian dropped kerb at the North West corner of their property. This is causing damage to the kerb - presumably it has not been strengthen to accommodate vehicular access. Their driveway access is via Southland Way at the rear of their property, however this has been blocked up, so they are now parking at the front.
