Please see the attached photographs showing the state of the boundary fencing along the A5. This fencing was originally installed when the road was completed, yet it has since been left to deteriorate. Sections have collapsed, leaving large gaps between the A5 and Rufford Close. Given its original purpose—presumably for safety and separation—this now poses a real hazard especially when children play football in the Close with nothing preventing access to the extremely busy A5.
