Intimidating animals in E14001206
Horses one being a grey horse other brown horse,cantering towards myself and friend . No dogs with us. This reared up to us and we had to run as horse appeared aggressive even though we tried to be calm and no touching of the horse.Needs addressing as public footpath. This has happened twice now
