Car parking in E14001293
This car is causing all sorts of problems by parking in the entrance of the park. Cats can't turn, neighbours can't come out of their drive etc.... Worse than that, the owner of this vehicle who lives on the first floor off No 22, is parking 3 different vehicles on this road! Please can the council activate enforcement?
