A new disabled parking bay has appeared. It looks fake. The lines are wobbly and the remaining parking bay lines have not been refreshed. A car is parked there without a blue badge displayed. Neighbours not given any notice that this bay would be placed here. Although I know the road does not belong to house owners, advance notification would have been appreciated - assuming this is a genuine council action. Please check! If genuine, please tidy up. If fake, please remove
