Skip Licence in E14001124
The skip had a permit till 26 March according to the council yellow sign on the residents parking post which it is underneath. That yellow sign has now been removed. Unless the permit has been renewed the skip should no longer be there. Additionally it is not properly lit at night.The lights do not work and there are only three of them anyway
