Dead animal in E14001213
From my house in Charlemont Road, I can hear a distressed dog barking everyday. It sounds like he gets locked out a lot. I can't see it from my house so couldn't make a judgement on its health but I think it is worth checking out. Its not nice to listen to and it disturbs the peace. Can anyone help? I love animals and its breaking my heart hearing him distressed. Thanks v much. There isn't a Category for this below....Dead Animal was the nearest. Miss Riley
