Street cleaning in Richmond Park
There’s a couple of tents in this passage on a permanent basis now. It doesn’t feel safe to walk anymore as the place looks like a homeless camp and there’s a heavy tourist foot traffic. Could something be done and the people living rough be removed and relocated to shelters perhaps? Something must be done as it’s been in that state for months and months
