Repeal the Public Order Act 2023 & Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022
We urge the Government to repeal Public Order Act 2023 and the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022. We believe these acts have prevented people from taking part in legitimate protest and may lead to the criminalisation of people for going to meetings to plan protests.
