Introduce stand alone law protecting absolute right to free speech

·186 contributorsCurrently the UK protects freedom of expression under Article 10 of the ECHR through the Human Rights Act, but this right is not absolute and can be limited by law. We think this should be changed so the UK has a defined law on free speech which is not based on the HRA, but is a stand alone law.
