Allow conjugal visits with spouses for prisoners incarcerated for 3+ years
Allow prisoners who have been on incarcerated for 3+ years to have conjugal visits with their spouse. They must be married to do so. You can’t change partner with whom you choose as your person to have the conjugal visit with.
