Strengthen the Allotments Act 1908 with a time limit and mandatory acquisition.
We want Parliament to amend the Small Holdings and Allotments Act 1908. It currently places a statutory duty on councils to provide allotments, but with no waiting time limit, we feel it's ineffective.
