Withdraw from jurisdiction of European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR)
We believe the ECtHR is outdated and does not look at the rights of both sides, and will overlook the rights of everyone it effects while it blocks dangerous people being deported.
End the UK's asylum system & right to asylum, use resources for border security
We want the Government to legislate to end the UK asylum system. Remove the right to claim asylum in the UK, withdrawing from treaties that compel us to take asylum seekers, and closing all asylum centres. Resources should go to border security and swift deportation of those who arrive illegally.
Deport asylum seekers from safe countries & review current asylum seekers
We urge the Government to update migration laws so asylum seekers who arrive from a designated safe country are automatically refused and deported to the designated safe country they travelled from.
Invoke Article 15 of the ECHR- to help tackle illegal migration
Notify the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe of a "public emergency threatening the life of the nation". Effective immediately.
End the one in one out migrant deal with France and detain illegal migrants
We believe everyone apart from this government can see that the so called "one in one out" deal with France is a failure. We think it is not a deterrent and never will be. This government has failed to secure our borders.
