We believe too many drivers are causing issues by obstructing footpaths and have not been deterred by fines, which can cause issues for the disabled, blind, families with small children and the safety of all people. Therefore, fines need strengthening as a Deterrent.

Reclaim Our Pavements - End Dangerous Parking By Mandating Enforcement Of Fines
Legislate to mandate local traffic authorities to enforce endorsable fines for pavement parking within 24 hours of the offence, including when based on public photographic evidence. Fines should start at £100, escalate daily for ongoing offences, and rise annually with the Consumer Prices Index.

Increase minimum Fines starting at £1000 and require those caught more than once to be banned from driving.
Ban fines for parking overstays of less than one hour
Amend relevant legislation to stop parking companies from charging extortionate fines for those who overstay for less than an hour.

The vehicle DV67VHH shown is blocking the dipped curve so where pedestrians cross the road. Especially for wheelchair users or those with pushchairs (as I was) when trying to cross to get to the park. It was there when I crossed at 9am this morning. I am assuming it will be there all day as users tend to park there for the station
