Reform bail, sentencing and sex offender registration for child sexual offences

Reinstate capital punishment for those convicted of sexually abusing of a child
Change the law to allow for the death penalty to be imposed to anyone convicted for raping or sexually abusing a child or vulnerable person.
Review laws preventing under 18s from access to online sexual content
We ask the Government to review laws that prevent under 18s from accessing sexual content online. We want the review to look into focusing instead on improving and implementing mandatory sex and relationships education for all students.
Introduce minimum sentence of 5 years for sexual offences and ban appeals
Require that anyone who commits an offence relating anything sexual, including photos, gets an automatic prison sentence of a minimum of 5 years if found guilty. There should be no right to appeal.
Review use of the 'Child in Need label by social workers & local authorities
