Ensure couriers are fully responsible for delivery issues & introduce penalties
I call the Government to pass a law which ensures items are delivered on time, holds couriers 100% responsible for the full cost of lost or misplaced orders instead of the senders, and to introduce penalties to ensure items are delivered to the correct address.
