Replace juries in domestic abuse and homicide trials with a trauma-informed panel of trained professionals. We believe this will ensure verdicts are based on evidence, context, and behaviour patterns beyond reasonable doubt.

Review court system to address trial delays for rape and sexual abuse
We want the Government to review the court system in order to better prioritise and protect victims of rape and sexual abuse by preventing postponements of trial start dates. Victims can be left in limbo for months or years, which can cause further trauma and deny timely justice.
Increase domestic violence maximum sentences and penalties & reform bail laws
We call on Parliament to increase domestic violence maximum sentences and strengthen bail laws by banning bail to high-risk and repeat offenders. Increase penalties for repeat abuse and restraining order breaches to prioritise victim safety. Risk assessments should be required before release.
Fund the relocation of sexual/domestic abuse victims after a conviction
We urge the Government to fund local councils to enable the immediate relocation of victims of sexual or domestic abuse and violence from where the incident occurred or away from where their abuser resides, if wanted, once a court conviction is secured.
Review Family Law to Prevent False Domestic Abuse Allegations
Review family law to find ways to prevent misuse of domestic abuse allegations in custody cases. Protect children from parental alienation and ensure justice for all parents.
Mandate domestic violence training for all family court & social workers
We want the Government to mandate accredited training in domestic abuse, coercive control and trauma for all social workers and family-court professionals. We believe national standards must be set to ensure consistent safeguarding and better protection for survivors and children.
