Remove driving licence renewal restrictions for type 1 diabetics

Upon declaring their condition to the DVLA, people with insulin-treated type 1 diabetes are currently required to renew their Driving Licence every three years. We think this is unfair and unnecessary. Renewal should be every 10 years, like it is for most other people.
