Cap service charges & require publication of how they are calculated and spent
We urge the government to: 1. Cap service charges fairly, in line with existing rent controls 2. Require transparent publication of how these charges are set and used. We think this is needed to help protect tenants from unfair costs and keep housing affordable and fair.

High costs for leasehold management information pack
Property sellers are being charged £300 for a Management Information Pack, which is equivalent to three years of management fees. Residents are questioning the fairness of this charge.
