Ban private car parking companies

National
·69 reactions·100% agree

I want the government to ban private parking companies. They make thousands of pounds from parking fines. I believe many who are served fines are hard-working people either enjoying a weekend with family, or meeting friends to socialise in public places.

Unused minicabs and Uber vehicles are parked long-term on residential streets, preventing residents from accessing parking outside their own homes.

Unregistered vehicles charged parking fines at private car park

A private car park is issuing parking fines to vehicles whose registrations were not recorded upon entry. Visitors are warned to register their vehicles to avoid penalties.

Car parking in Maidenhead

This car is parjed here nearly everyday. It is not charging and there is plenty of parking space at the back in Tamar Way and also on road parking. This is absolutely not acceptable to park on the green as standard. Get them off the green!
