Require local councils to accept shared ownership purchase of their properties
Allow anyone living in a council house who has the right to buy their home to be able to buy their home at the full market value (without the right to buy discount) as part of a shared ownership scheme through the council. All income from the scheme should be ring fenced to build more council homes.
