We call on the Government to review the support available to help disabled people access and present their case in employment tribunals.
Increase funding for learning support in schools
Teachers and children need Teacher Assistants and Learning Support Assistants. We believe without vital help and support; teaching and education may suffer, which could have a detrimental effect on all children - not just the children with additional needs.

Wallasey has a significantly higher proportion of disabled residents (24.6%) than the national average (17.7%), making improved disabled accessibility across the area a pressing local priority.
Ensure statutory guidance under the Equality Act is debated in Parliament
The EHRC has submitted a new statutory code of practice which will cover single sex spaces to the Minister for Women & Equalities. Unless challenged, the process does not require debate in the House. This petition is to ensure that such statutory guidelines are required to be debated in Parliament.
