Car parking in E14001143
For years now across from my house a family bought a property and got permission to have keep clear painted on the road for there garage business which i can understand but not once have they had any cars go in or come out. This is taking up precious parking space. I often have to park 3 or 4 streets away which at 11pm is terrible
