We urge the Secretary of State to use their powers under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, to compel residential care homes in England to publicly display an itemised tariff of fees for rooms and service charges, very similar to those displayed in hotels.

Water bill discount scheme available for low-income households
Thames Water offers discounts ranging from 25% to 99% on water bills for people claiming certain benefits or where bills exceed 5% of net income. Information is available on their website.
Limited meal support for disabled residents
A family member caring for a disabled person is seeking local meal preparation services, as current options are insufficient and carers cannot cook. Support for local food services is requested.
