We want the government to increase the fostering allowance. We're concerned that some foster carers have had to cease fostering due to financial difficulty. We're worried that the increase of foster children and a lack of foster carers has meant children have not received nurturing homes.

We would like the government to increase funding for children’s homes to ensure that the young people have the support they need to pay for things such as their food shopping, clothes, toiletries, phone bill, and anything else they need.

We want the government to increase the Carer’s Allowance to at least £840 per week. We believe carers should be valued within society & their worth should be reflected in the help and benefits they receive. Carers can receive £83.30 a week however they must provide care for at least 35 hours a week
