Require registration and regulation of all private domiciliary carers in England
We ask the Government to require all English domiciliary carers to undergo mandatory registration, enhanced DBS checks & minimum training requirements. English private carers are not currently required to register with a regulatory body, undergo enhanced DBS checks or meet minimum training standards
Local authority employment practices questioned
A resident has raised concerns about the competence and practices of the local council's employment decisions.
Reverse April 2024 COS Restrictions for Ofsted-Regulated Care Home Workers
We want the Government to reverse the changes that removed the ability of Ofsted-regulated children’s residential care homes to sponsor skilled workers, SOC codes 6135 and 6136.
Review Working Hours Sponsorship Rules for Domiciliary Care Providers & Workers

Require employers to implement medical advice on workplace adjustments
Employers do not have to implement GP and Occupational Health advice on workplace adjustments if it is not "reasonable", leaving disabled and unwell workers unprotected. We call for a law requiring employers to follow medical recommendations unless they can prove it’s objectively impossible.
