In addition the seller should record the buyer name, address, insurance & tax details before the purchaser can complete the purchase
Allow electric e-scooters to be able to ride on pavements and roads
I don't understand why Parliament have made this rule, I think e-scooters, bikes and other e modes of transport are a good thing.

The number of fires caused by lithium-ion batteries in e-bikes and e-scooters has increased significantly nationally. Residents are warned about charging safety to prevent house fires.
