Require stricter evidence thresholds for DVLA to start medical investigations
The DVLA should have stricter evidence thresholds before undertaking medical assessments of an individual's fitness to hold a licence. They should not be allowed to act on the basis of third-party or anonymous reports without a higher standard of evidence which confirms that a report holds validity.
