Require immediate access to full medical records and test results for patients
We want the UK Government to require all NHS and private healthcare providers to give patients immediate, unrestricted access to their complete medical records and test results as soon as they are available.
Remove option for family to object to deceased person's wishes to donate organs
We call on the government to amend the Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Act (AKA Max and Keira's law), so donor decisions—recorded or deemed—are honoured without family or loved ones being able to object to the decision of the deceased person.
Require the issuance of new death certificates for those containing errors
We call for the Government to require the issuance of new death certificates for death certificates that contain errors and need to be corrected, rather than issuing an amended certificate.
