Allow Welsh banks to issue their own bank notes

·35 contributorsI would like the Government to pass a law which allows Welsh banks to issue their own bank notes, including a £20 note. Scottish and Northern Irish banks can do this. England has Bank of England notes. We believe this is disrespectful towards Wales.
