In Ruth's own words

Ruth McGregor grew up in South East London and has lived locally with her family for over 30 years. An accountant by profession, she has worked in a number of different organisations, including some years at Transport for London, and has a keen interest in public transport as well as the environment. For the last few years she has been working in the charity sector which has opened her eyes to the inequalities in society and the need to resolve this.
