In Harriet's own words

Since moving here I’ve notice a few ways we could improve how the council operates.

New residents parking permits are hard to get in good time bc data is cross referenced with Land Registry data which takes months to update. I’d like to encourage the council to verify residency through means that don’t include waiting for Land Registry to speed up the process.

Bins in communal areas are often used as fly tipping sites which builds up quickly so the council uses un-allocated budget to remove it which reinforces the behaviour. I’d like to discuss ways to incorporate the service in the budget.

Paths and pavements are incredibly uneven. I’ve noticed every time people visit me here, they trip or stumble at some point! It’s time to smooth out the trip hazards in South Bermondsey so I’ll work on ways to manages this process economically.
