In Paul's own words

I am a university lecturer and have lived in the Kennedy Road area of Bicester since 2019. I am passionate about animal rights and biodiversity.

Modelled on similar, successful parties in other countries, the AWP is the only party that puts the relationship between humans and animals at its core. And we remain unwavering in our commitment to fighting climate change.

Based on long, professional experience I will be a highly competent and independent-minded representative of all the residents – human and non-human – of Bicester West.

I am committed to:

1. Prioritising the climate and biodiversity crises in all council decision-making.

2. Fighting to support companion animals and their owners through the cost-of-living crisis.

3. Campaigning for wildlife tunnels in all new planning applications.

4. Pushing back against environmentally destructive development.

5. Working to enhance local biodiversity & protect healthy trees and hedgerows.

6. Promoting healthy & sustainable plant-based food and drink in public settings.

7. Encouraging ethical and sustainable businesses to make a home in our area.

8. Opposing the use of herbicides and pesticides by the council.

9. Tackling fly-tipping and similar practices.

10. Protecting open spaces and promoting recreational facilities.

[Promoted by AWP, 71-75 Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ].
