Liberal Democrats

The Liberal Democrats are the only credible alternative in Bournville and Cotteridge for real change at the local elections on 7 May. We’ve spoken to hundreds of people during the course of this campaign and the message is consistent: residents are frustrated that council tax keeps rising while the quality of local services continues to fall. People are concerned about the basics — such as the state of our roads, access to GP appointments, support for local schools & SEND, rubbish collection and local infrastructure. Local politics should be about fixing these everyday issues. Our focus is not on distant high-level political arguments, but on practical improvements that make a difference locally. If you want a council that listens and acts on the real concerns of our community, we are ready to provide that alternative.
