In Joe's own words

Joe Burton is a friendly, local, and purpose-driven leader and creative with over ten years experience championing and supporting young people’s ambitions across sectors, from science to arts, health and human rights. He leads a national youth programme, volunteers locally at Bolton Lads and Girls Club and serves on the Committee for Bolton Green Party. He has also served as Chair on a Board of Directors for five years.

"Bromley Cross is a tight-knit community with a strong voice that needs to be heard. I believe this community deserves a bright future.

My priorities are simple: ensure that **everyone** in our community has a voice and is heard, improve public services, and protect our local environment. This means safeguarding green belt land, thinking clearly about road improvements, supporting sustainable transport, and investing in the local services that people rely on every day.

The Green Party offers a different vision for the future - one rooted in care for all communities and for the planet. I will stand against politics which seeks to divide us - this has no place in Bromley Cross.
