In Jack's own words

Jack Speight is a farm manager, and has served as Independent Councillor since 2012. Passionate about protecting Westhoughton's heritage, community and preserving our rural landscape and greenbelt from the wanton development that’s destroying our identity and way of life. Advocate and supporter of local businesses, a strong local economy, protection of key services, and fair share of Bolton Council expenditure for Westhoughton and its residents.

Jack is the Westhoughton First Independents candidate for Borough Councillor for the Westhoughton North Ward in the Bolton Council Elections. He is also seeking re-election to Westhoughton Town Council for the Westhoughton Chequerbent Ward.
