In Lorna's own words

I'm standing as the Green Party candidate to allow greater representation of those that want to vote Green and previously have not had as many options.

I'm passionate about building a sustainable planet and way of life for us all that would allow my children along with everyone else's to grow up in a world without pollution and in harmony with the natural world.

I am not a politician, I am a mother who trained as a Microbiologist and has worked in market research in the healthcare industry for 15 years. But now is a time where we all need to stand up and push for the future we want our children to see.

I'm open minded, pragmatic and reasonable. Qualities I hope would stand me in good stead to listen to what the needs are and find a solution that will work towards a Greener World.
