Owen George Brett

Owen Brett is a lifelong member of the local community, having spent all 27 years of his life in the Borough. From local schools to Hertford Regional College, his roots run deep in the area he now hopes to represent. Passionate about making neighbourhood streets safer, Owen is a strong supporter of the ‘20’s Plenty’ campaign, which promotes lower speed limits to reduce accidents and protect residents. If elected as a councillor, he is committed to championing this cause and working to make local roads safer for everyone.
