From local schools to Hertford Regional College, his roots run deep in the area he now hopes to represent. Passionate about making neighbourhood streets safer, Owen is a strong supporter of the ‘20’s Plenty’ campaign, which promotes lower speed limits to reduce accidents and protect residents. If elected as a councillor, he is committed to championing this cause and working to make local roads safer for everyone.
