In Robert's own words

Born in Lindley at Huddersfield Royal Infimary. Brought up in Oakes and lived Locally in Marsh for over 30 years. Went to Lindley Infants School, Lindley Junior School and Salendine Nook High School. Played for YMCA for 10 Years, played for Marsh Liberal Football Team for years, coached Lindley Collegians and Former Chairman of Friends of Greenhead Park.

I believe the local elections are about electing a Councillor who is local, visible and is prepared to help all Lindley Ward residents with their local issues.
