In Robin's own words

Robin has lived in Crawley for fifty-four years. He is committed to strengthening the local community and ensuring that decisions made at council level reflect the needs of the people who actually live here.

Professionally, Robin works as a Head of Technology, leading teams to build things that serve people rather than impress them. His experience includes:

Leading travel and holiday technology teams for over a decade, making complex systems into travel booking systems in local Crawley companies.

Three years volunteering with the Samaritans — learning to listen.

Active involvement in local clubs and community life across Crawley (On the committee of a local Crawley social sports group).

“I’m a professional. I believe in business, in growth, in making things work. But I’ve never believed those things have to come at the expense of where we live or how we treat each other. Crawley has given me fifty-four years of life. I want to give something back that’s worth having. The Green Party, to me, isn’t about ideology. It’s about the simple idea that every decision — economic, environment and social — should start by asking what it costs the place and the people around us. That feels like common sense to me. It’s what I’d want from anyone representing me.”
