Richard Hoque
Conservative candidate for Addiscombe East
My partner and I are a recent addition to the Addiscombe East community, and we have been very happy with our move to the area with it’s lovely parks and relaxed high street. I am an active Conservative and I enjoy canvassing in the area, listening to residents on the doorstep about their hopes and concerns, which include the condition of the parks, Addiscombe High Street, traffic on residential roads, fly tipping and much else. If elected I will work to maintain and, where possible, improve conditions for all in Addiscombe East and Croydon as a whole. As for me, I started my career in engineering project management and, following an MBA, I worked in corporate roles in the UK and abroad. I returned to the UK in 2010 and I now work on a part time basis for a couple of London businesses. This gives me the time and flexibility to represent you, and rest assured I will give 100% as your Ward councillor.
