In Hadi's own words

My name is Hadi, and I am honoured to be standing as a candidate to represent our community.

Having grown up in Hanger Hill, I have developed a strong appreciation for our area and the people who make it what it is. I have been actively involved in volunteering within our community, helping care for local parks and protect the green spaces that residents value. I also lead weekly food drives in Acton and Westminster, organising volunteers and providing hot food and drinks to those in need. Through this work, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a commitment to standing up for those whose voices are often overlooked.

I am passionate about serving our community with integrity, ensuring residents feel represented, and helping to build a fairer, more supportive local area. I believe effective representation begins with listening, and I am committed to being an approachable, reliable, and dedicated voice for our community.

I am currently a Chemical Engineering student and Course Representative, where I work closely with students and staff to ensure voices are heard and meaningful improvements are made. This role has strengthened my commitment to listening, advocating, and delivering practical solutions.
