In Maciej's own words

I’m a disaster scientist. Someone who goes to where the risk is, studies it up close, and works out how to protect people from it. That same drive has taken me into higher education, through a PhD, and into schools across London where I help young people understand the world around them and how to stay safe in it. I push myself hard because I believe the stakes are real.

What I care about

North Acton deserves better. Too little green space, crime well above the national average, choking pollution and a housing crisis with no relief in sight. The growing desperation in our community isn’t an accident. It’s the result of doing nothing and calling it stability, of parties too afraid to act and too comfortable to try. And when people cry out for help, this government’s response is to blame the very people it has failed.

What I’ll do

Nothing changes if we keep accepting it. Our future is under genuine threat and I’ve seen firsthand what happens when communities aren’t prepared. But together we can build something stronger. I’ll push hard for green space, safer streets and real investment in this community. If you’re done waiting for someone to actually mean it, vote Green, vote for North Acton.
