In Korhan's own words

I’m proud to be standing in North Greenford as your Green Party candidate. Living locally in Ealing, I’m committed to working with residents to build a fairer, more sustainable community that reflects your priorities.

Local politics should be about listening properly and taking action for cleaner, safer streets, stronger local services, and a council that’s open, responsive, and accountable every month, not just at election time.

Alongside my community focus, I bring experience from the infrastructure and construction industry, where I negotiate contracts and advocate for proper scrutiny of how public funds – raised from your hard‑earned money – are spent. I’ve also led diversity and inclusion work, seeing both the positive impact it can have and how easily progress can be rolled back when the wider political climate shifts. That’s why lasting change must be rooted in communities and carried through with consistency.

Politics works best when it’s grounded in real‑life experience. We need more people to step forward, serve their communities for a period of time, and bring practical skills into decision‑making – rather than treating politics as a lifelong career.

From Sudbury Hill to Horsenden, I’ll stand up for residents across North Greenford all year round – focused on delivering a greener, fairer borough that works for all of us.
