“I would also like to work with organisations such as the North London Waste Authority to move towards a low-waste North London. This includes reducing the amount we waste as a borough and ensuring that the air around Edmonton Green is not polluted by plastic waste being burned in the Edmonton incinerator. Every resident in Edmonton Green deserves and needs clean air, well maintained green spaces and well funded public services in order to live a decent and healthy life, and I want to fight for the residents of Edmonton Green so that they can have the quality of life they deserve. We're all in this together!”
