“1. Ensure new homes are truly affordable homes - which includes reasonable service charges”
“2. Challenge the planning permissions for non-stop developments, particularly on our green spaces”
“3. Challenge the budget, as council taxes rise whilst services are reduced (or services are put on developers, who pass on the costs to leaseholders). This includes ensuring a sustainable approach to fly tipping and SEND provision.”
